Webinar Recording: Natural Edge – A Guide to Riparian Restoration for Landowners

If you missed out on our recent webinar, feel free to check out the recordings here!

Are you a landowner in the watershed who is worried about your eroding shoreline? Or just an individual interested in riparian restoration?

This webinar was offered on Tuesday, March 26th, and included an intro to the benefits of a natural shoreline and how YOU can make a difference on your property!

This webinar featured Chloe Lajoie of Watersheds Canada, who spoke about the benefits of a natural shoreline, how to increase climate resiliency, and what landowners can do on their own properties. We also introduced you to our Natural Edge Program, which offers FREE riparian restoration assistance in the Nashwaak Watershed.

This webinar was offered in partnership with Watersheds Canada, and was made possible by funding from Environment and Climate Change Canada through the Wolastoq Piority Place Initiative.

If you have any questions following the webinar, please feel free to reach out to our Restoration Coordinator at restoration@nashwaakwatershed.ca
